Deb, the owner, and Chop, the technician, both were very thorough in explaining what services they had available. I purchased glass breakage motion detectors and a small remote for the system. I put the remote on a lanyard and keep it hanging on my neck because I am at risk of falling. The remote control has made my life much easier as I no longer have to rush to my main control to turn off the alarm when I have opened a door with the alarm still set. When I use my remote, it sends a message to my phone app too. The first few days I had the new alarm monitoring with Citizens, I accidentally set my alarm off (before I purchased the remote) and they were very prompt in calling me to check on me. Chop is very knowledgeable and made some adjustments to my old system. The service I received from Citizens was far more superior than my old company. So happy I found them.”
